Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened lubricants, opened glove boxes, or any product that has been used.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fistingbutter.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Memberships
Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds on membership fees already charged.
How to return
Email hello@fistingbutter.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
